The Iron Buster Wheel & Paint Decon Remover is a fast-changing, balanced pH cleaner designed to safely dissolve ferrous particles from rims and painted surfaces. The Iron Buster will effectively and safely remove embedded iron particles and other surface contaminants such as industrial fallout and road film. Once applied, the product quickly turns purple when iron particles are abundant and can then be rinsed to be safely removed.
For paint - Wash and dry the surface before applying the product for maximum efficiency. Pre-washing the wheels is not necessary. Once the surface has been prepared, spray a generous amount of Iron Buster on the paint and wheels. Leave to act for 2 to 5 minutes. Do not allow the product to dry completely on the surface. Rinse thoroughly with water using your garden hose or a high pressure cleaner. Repeat the process if necessary if contamination is abundant.
