Take a few minutes to read the information below. They contain important details on the functioning of the Club as well as the Terms and Conditions of use. When buying your subscription to the Club, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Detailing Club will allow you to take advantage of the best prices when YOU need them. You don’t have to wait after promotions, nor will you have to watch for specials since you will be entitled to them at any time of the year. You take advantage of all the benefits of a Wholesale account without having to buy a box of 12 bottles when you only need one. We thought this would be the best way to allow you to have your car or that of your customers at the top, throughout the year.
We built the Detailing Club with the idea that if you were already spending between $200 and $250 or more on detailing products a year, then it would make you save a lot of money.
Indeed, it is all well and good to be told that we are offered discounts, but when these discounts are only for product lines that you have never heard of, or on dubious or low quality products – this become frustrating! The Detailing Club offers you savings on the vast majority of our products, even on our most famous AND most popular product lines! Yep, you’ll save a lot of money on the premium brands you know! We also believe that these savings will allow you to try some products that you might not have dared to test before today, and that will become important assets of your detailing equipment.
No witchcraft, here are the steps to become a member:
1) Purchase the one-year Detailing Club subscription. You must add the item to your shopping cart (www.passiondetailing.ca), confirm the order and pay the subscription fee. The subscription is only $50 a year and this system was designed with the idea of making you save money if you spend at least $200 to $250 a year in products. Believe us on our word, it’s worth it!
2) After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation and welcome email to the Club. You now need to log out of our website and then log back in using your account information to allow you to see the Member Pricing (this may take up to 5 minutes for our servers to get synchronised). At any time, if you are not connected to the site, you will see the regular prices and not the Member Pricing.
3) Shop as you usually would by adding your products to the basket.
4) When confirming a product order for a Club member, choose the shipping method among those available. FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY to Club Members.You pay our actual cost price for shipping. We negotiated hard to offer you the lowest possible shipping cost and you will realize that shipping is not that expensive, no matter where you ship to or the size of your package. If you choose free shipping (error or inadvertently), we will need to send you an invoice by email covering the actual shipping costs which may result in delays in processing your order. You can always choose the Store Local Pickup option if you want to take possession of your order in store within our regular opening hours.
By purchasing your annual membership with the Detailing Club, you accept and agree to follow the following terms and conditions of use;
-You must not disclose or promote the Detailing Club Member Pricing. These prices are confidential and exclusive to members.
-You cannot share your account with others.Only one valid billing address per Club member.
-Your Club membership is good for one year from the date of purchase.Upon renewal (the anniversary date of the original membership), an invoice will be sent automatically to the member’s email address. Membership is not refundable or transferable.
Each subscription is assigned to a single billing address. Therefore, membership cannot be shared with others. We reserve the right to secure the account for any changes to the billing address other than the one used at the time of membership.If you need to change the account billing address, please advise us by phone (450-513-3576) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
On our side, we will never promote the Member Pricing.We will not disclose any Member Pricing by phone, email or in person to non-members even if you insist. We supply many resellers and to keep our good partnership with these customers and our various resellers and distributors we ask you your discretion on these exclusive prices.
