• Retours & remboursements

Nous acceptons les retours de marchandise. Prendre note que le coût d'expédition de la marchandise retournée est au frais du client. La marchandise retournée se doit de ne pas avoir été utilisée, d'être à l'état neuf avec l'emballage original et en parfaite condition d'utilisation. Vous avez 30 jours après la réception de votre marchandise pour nous faire part de votre désir de nous retourner la marchandise.

Vous devez contacter Passion Detailing (450-924-3233) info@passiondetailing.ca au préalable pour une approbation avant de nous retourner la marchandise. Les retours non autorisés seront tout simplement refusés.

• Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of goods. Note that the cost of shipping the returned goods is at the customer’s expense. The returned goods must not have been used, be in a new state with the original packaging and in perfect condition of use. You have 30 days after receipt of your goods to inform us of your desire to return the goods.

You must contact Passion Detailing (450-924-3233) info@passiondetailing.ca in advance for approval before returning the goods. Unauthorized returns will simply be refused.
