Lake Country Pad Washer System 4000

The Lake Country 4000 pad washing system allows you to easily and safely clean all your polishing pads with an ultra fast and easy to use system! The 4000 is the latest model from Lake Country, but improves some features of the previous 3000d model for a more durable and efficient buffer cleaning experience. This simple-to-use, stand-alone cleaning system filters and recycles your cleaning solution, reducing the amount of contamination affecting the buffer. The 4000 system features a user-controlled pump, removable sink and replaceable filter that all help clean and leave less contamination on the pads. The new open-canopy design allows easier access on the fly and reduces moving parts. Fewer parts make it easier to use and fewer broken or moving parts, extending the life of your washer.

How to use it well :

    - Fill the system to the desired level
    - Add a cap of a degreaser (I have a soft spot for Nanolex Microfiber Wash)
    - Prime the pump by gently pushing down. The water must gush out of the washer by doing this.
    - Insert the soiled pad (always attached to the polisher)
    - Use the force of the polisher to clean your pad on the washer at minimum speed.
    - Lift the pad slightly so that it no longer touches the washer and dry your pad by reactivating the machine, free rotation in the air will dry the pad quickly, allowing you to return to work on your panel immediately.

The new pump design eliminates pressure loss and reduces clogging or breaking. Overall, durability is greatly increased in contrast to the 3000D and the new construction significantly reduces vibration during the cleaning process. In addition to these features, the new eyelet design eliminates the gasket with a piece that stays in place as well as better sealing capacity. You can use the 4000 system with most polishers (random orbital, DA, rotary) and buffers (wool, foam, microfibre) of any shape or size (buffers up to 9" in diameter).

Stop wasting time by washing your pads safely and clean more efficiently with the Lake Country Pad Washer System 4000.
