Soft Interface Pad (to be inserted in between the backing plate and the pad), increases conformability, allowing the technician to follow contours and get in closer to most edges. Constructed of a soft durable foam. Also enables a more versatile uses with specific and more rigid pads, such as Rupes MF pads.
